- Located at the Santan Loop 202 and Williams Field Road, SanTan Village serves the ar-ea’s growing families in Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, Queen Creek and areas of Pinal County. Gilbert and East Mesa are home to over a dozen affluent, master-planned com-munities totaling more than 35,000 homes.
- SanTan Village blends retail, entertainment, dining and office to create a vibrant work-shop experience with more than 120 retailers and 70,000 square feet of office tenants. The center also has park-like amenities, water features, shade structures and a children’s play area.
- The primary trade area population is forecast to increase 10% in the next five years and Gilbert, Ariz., has been named one of the “Best Places to Live” by Money Magazine.
